Big Bad Wolf

So, yesterday the girls finally succeeded talking dad into going to the the world's biggest book sale @ Big Bad Wolf books sale ... heard a lot about this craziest book sale in Malaysia but it was the first time for us to go there and we were super excited about it...

it was not so crowded when we first arrived at around 10.00 in the morning...we took our sweet time to search for the books of our taste but I was so disappointed with the selection of fiction...the books are either too old or uninteresting, at least to my preference...

Nani was searching for fashion design books, but to no avail...there were lots of books on cooking but limited choice for fashion design... double disappointment 



 These are some of the books that we managed to haul. We bought the total of 15 books @ RM 137. I think  it is a very good deal indeed and everybody seems to have the books of their choice after all and they want to go there again before it ends on 23rd December....

Before the end of the schools break, my daughters managed to persuade their dad to spend a day at Cameron Highlands. The original plan was to go to Bukit Tinggi in Pahang but he refused to go for some reasons. He has been busy with his work and study thus he he doesn't care much about going for holiday... i don't remember the last time we went for a holiday as a family... Weekends were out of question since there were more than half a dozen wedding invitations that we need to attend. Musim-musim cuti begini, aku berkesempatan untuk melawat tempat-tempat menarik di sekitar Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur... tempat-tempat yang kita selalu take for granted dan mungkin hanya akan melawatinya semasa zaman sekolah rendah dengan mengikuti rombongan yang dianjurkan oleh sekolah masing-masing... Well, zaman sekolah dahulu aku jarang-jarang dapat mengikuti rombangan , so terlepaslah peluang itu... Jadi, setelah anak-anak meningkat dewasa dan sibuk dengan aktiviti memasing, maka banyaklah masa terluang, so my husband and I, we played tourists and walked around KL... First, we went to Zoo Negara, itu adalah kali pertama seumur hidupku menjejakkan kaki ke zoo negara... it was not a bad experience at all... Kami mengambil masa lebih kurang dua jam didalam zoo dan pertunjukan singa laut adalah antara tarikan kepada kanak-kanak...
