Hot spring

Sungai Klah Hot Spring in Perak is about one hour drive from our house but it was the first time yesterday that we went there... it is a nice family getaway especially when you don't have much time to spend. hubby tried to book Felda Residence Hot Springs but it was fully booked as it is school holidays so we stayed at Felda Residence Trolak instead...we booked 3 rooms as family rooms were all booked up as well..



Anyway, it was fun to spend the whole Friday afternoon at the place.....first we went to water reflexology (the water is quite warm...plus the tickling reflexology stones, it was a good experience), even mom was enjoying herself...

You can wash up with cool water from the big tempayan...


Nani and dad couldn't stand the heat of the water..


The water is between 40 to 80 degree Celsius



And...you can even boil eggs here..the temperature is about 90 -100 degree C


Finally, after spending time at the hot pool, it is of course a cold pool to refresh yourself.....my kids spent about two hours here.....

Before the end of the schools break, my daughters managed to persuade their dad to spend a day at Cameron Highlands. The original plan was to go to Bukit Tinggi in Pahang but he refused to go for some reasons. He has been busy with his work and study thus he he doesn't care much about going for holiday... i don't remember the last time we went for a holiday as a family... Musim-musim cuti begini, aku berkesempatan untuk melawat tempat-tempat menarik di sekitar Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur... tempat-tempat yang kita selalu take for granted dan mungkin hanya akan melawatinya semasa zaman sekolah rendah dengan mengikuti rombongan yang dianjurkan oleh sekolah masing-masing... Well, zaman sekolah dahulu aku jarang-jarang dapat mengikuti rombangan , so terlepaslah peluang itu... Jadi, setelah anak-anak meningkat dewasa dan sibuk dengan aktiviti memasing, maka banyaklah masa terluang, so my husband and I, we played tourists and walked around KL... First, we went to Zoo Negara, itu adalah kali pertama seumur hidupku menjejakkan kaki ke zoo negara... it was not a bad experience at all... Kami mengambil masa lebih kurang dua jam didalam zoo dan pertunjukan singa laut adalah antara tarikan kepada kanak-kanak...
