Cross Country Race...

While most  schools have started the Chinese New Year's holidays today, ours organized the Cross Country Race....It was like the most thoughtless idea by the school, considering the mood that most of us were having at that time. However, the race went well and I'm supposed to be happy as it was over ...no need for me or the rest of my friends to think about it again until next year.....

Opps! did I just say until next year? Boy, was I wrong, there will be Sport Day sometime in June (I was hoping that it will be earlier than that, so that it will not spoil the exam mood of the students since the trial exam will be dangerously near...)

Anyway, as I said the race went well and my house, the Yellow house won the second place...it was quite an achievement as compared to the last placing last year......Congratulations to all!

Before the end of the schools break, my daughters managed to persuade their dad to spend a day at Cameron Highlands. The original plan was to go to Bukit Tinggi in Pahang but he refused to go for some reasons. He has been busy with his work and study thus he he doesn't care much about going for holiday... i don't remember the last time we went for a holiday as a family... Weekends were out of question since there were more than half a dozen wedding invitations that we need to attend. Playing Tourist

Musim-musim cuti begini, aku berkesempatan untuk melawat tempat-tempat menarik di sekitar Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur... tempat-tempat yang kita selalu take for granted dan mungkin hanya akan melawatinya semasa zaman sekolah rendah dengan mengikuti rombongan yang dianjurkan oleh sekolah masing-masing... Well, zaman sekolah dahulu aku jarang-jarang dapat mengikuti rombangan , so terlepaslah peluang itu... Jadi, setelah anak-anak meningkat dewasa dan sibuk dengan aktiviti memasing, maka banyaklah masa terluang, so my husband and I, we played tourists and walked around KL... First, we went to Zoo Negara, itu adalah kali pertama seumur hidupku menjejakkan kaki ke zoo negara... it was not a bad experience at all... Kami mengambil masa lebih kurang dua jam didalam zoo dan pertunjukan singa laut adalah antara tarikan kepada kanak-kanak...
