Homemade pizza

Finally, yesterday, their dream came true. The twins were very excited to make their own first homemade pizza (this time with my help coz they didn't know how to shape the crust). Saturday is our grocery shopping dayand  they were more than happy to tag along as they got to choose their own ingredients to be put as topping. They were planning to make seafood pizza so they grabbed two cans of tuna and a big packet crab meat, while I could only picture of mushroom with lotta cheese pizza. It's ok, we make two different varieties, they suggested. Hmm, so clever.... 



 Button mushroom is my all-time favourite.



This is how the pizza looked like before it was cooked. The good thing about making your own pizza is you got to invent your own topping and decide the thickness of the crust. So, it was a very thick crust with lotta goodies as topping. Finally, there were three regular size of 'pizza Hut' pizzas for dinner and were all gone almost immediately after they were served......



This is the masterpiece seafood pizza by the twins. They have grown to love with the varieteis of things that can be done with flour and yeast and planned to try new recipes with them soon....

Before the end of the schools break, my daughters managed to persuade their dad to spend a day at Cameron Highlands. The original plan was to go to Bukit Tinggi in Pahang but he refused to go for some reasons. He has been busy with his work and study thus he he doesn't care much about going for holiday... i don't remember the last time we went for a holiday as a family... Playing Tourist

Musim-musim cuti begini, aku berkesempatan untuk melawat tempat-tempat menarik di sekitar Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur... tempat-tempat yang kita selalu take for granted dan mungkin hanya akan melawatinya semasa zaman sekolah rendah dengan mengikuti rombongan yang dianjurkan oleh sekolah masing-masing... Well, zaman sekolah dahulu aku jarang-jarang dapat mengikuti rombangan , so terlepaslah peluang itu... Jadi, setelah anak-anak meningkat dewasa dan sibuk dengan aktiviti memasing, maka banyaklah masa terluang, so my husband and I, we played tourists and walked around KL... First, we went to Zoo Negara, itu adalah kali pertama seumur hidupku menjejakkan kaki ke zoo negara... it was not a bad experience at all... Kami mengambil masa lebih kurang dua jam didalam zoo dan pertunjukan singa laut adalah antara tarikan kepada kanak-kanak...
